I'm calm, a great communicator, highly educated, a fast leaner, and physically capable. Experienced with deliveries and night shifts. Never been seasick or late to a watch, a hard worker, and easy-going as a deckhand. I'm an actively licensed bartender and I've worked most positions in the restaurant industry (including cook). Until last year, I worked in international relations and finance. I'm a bit of a handyman too. Adept and active snorkeler (can clean hulls), novice spear fisher, and very proficient underwater; becoming ever more proficient on top of it.
I belong to a sailing club in the Chesapeake Bay region, but I'm currently based in Puerto Rico and am thrilled to be next to the ocean every day. Happy to link up with folks sailing locally, but primarily looking to join crossings, longer sails, or great international opportunities starting after Christmas.
Happy to discuss myself further and how I might fit well within your crew.
