Looking for a Competent Crew position

Since 2022, I’ve been actively sailing the Baltic Sea during its main season (May to September) on my own boat. Having just wrapped up the current season in Normandy, I’m now looking for new crew opportunities and challenges to gain offshore experience, navigate new waters, and meet great people.
I'm particularly looking for sailing opportunities in warmer waters for the period between November and March.
I’m flexible regarding location, duration, and dates. I’m happy to contribute my fair share to shared expenses (food, fuel, and mooring). Whether it’s a challenging tidal passage, a longer offshore leg, or shorter trips — I’m all in!
About Me:
Style & Mindset: Calm, dependable, and easy-going team player. Great at keeping high morale on board.
On Duty: Comfortable with night watches, keeping a sharp lookout, and taking responsibility.
Galley: I love cooking and can easily prepare proper meals at sea.
Experience: Hands-on experience as skipper on my 37ft sailboat in Baltic and Atlantic conditions.
Languages: Polish (native), English (fluent).
