Looking for a Steward(ess) or Deckhand position
Hello! My name is Maria. I have 2 years of experience as a sole stewardess and team leader at a private charters and boat tours company. I am a certified diver, free diver, and have a strong knowledge of marine life. I am fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
In my previous role as a team leader at a private charters and boat tours company, I managed a team of 30 staff, ensuring their work met high operational standards. I was responsible for quality control, staff development, and overseeing smooth daily operations. Onboard, I actively engaged with guests, handled catering, and coordinated with dive masters and other service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
As a sole stewardess, I am proficient in managing all interior duties and handling exterior tasks such as assisting when docking, mooring, tying fenders, and occasionally taking the wheel. My experience has helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and I am eager to bring these to a new challenge in the yachting industry.
