I’ve had a fulfilling career in the hospitality industry, progressing from entry-level roles to the managerial position of Operations Manager. With over a decade of experience, I’ve successfully opened and managed three businesses—two of which earned awards under my leadership. The key to my success has been my “yes man” attitude, always taking on extra responsibility and going above and beyond expectations. Passionate about customer service, I’m now eager to bring my skills, drive, and positive energy to the yachting industry, creating exceptional experiences for guests on board.
Naturally charismatic and approachable, I’ve always had the ability to make people feel at ease around me. I thrive in social environments and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life, which has allowed me to build strong relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues alike. My personable nature, combined with my leadership and attention to detail, enables me to contribute positively to any team dynamic.
I’m motivated, hands-on, and excited to learn as much as possible within the yachting industry, progressing through hard work, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do.
As a lifelong sports enthusiast and fitness advocate, I have cultivated a deep passion for physical activity and competition. My sporting journey began at a young age, with early participation in Junior Wimbledon trials igniting my love for tennis. I further honed my athletic skills by obtaining my BASI Ski Instructors Level 1 and 2 qualifications in Val d'Isère, France. The seamless transition from skiing to water-skiing, where I quickly excelled, solidified my natural talent for aquatic sports. I am also a keen boxer, which has further strengthened my discipline, resilience, and commitment to fitness. In addition to my athletic pursuits, I have developed a strong interest in mixology and bartending. During my career in hospitality, I have had the pleasure of creating innovative cocktail recipes and managing beverage programs. My ability to blend flavors and craft unique drinks has been a rewarding aspect of my professional experience.
