Looking for a Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand. I'm not just looking for a job-l'm here to learn, work hard, and build a career at sea, starting from the deck and doing things properly. I understand the work involved, I enjoy the physical challenge, and I'm serious about earning my place in the industry by adding value and always showing up with a positive, proactive mindset.
