Cuisinier experimente / Experienced Chef - Looking for Transatlantic Crew Position - Oct/Nov

Je m’appelle Julien, j’ai 30 ans et je suis passionné de voyage, de cuisine et d’Horticulture.
Je cherche à rejoindre un équipage pour une traversée de l’Atlantique vers les Antilles ou l’Amérique du Nord entre fin octobre et début novembre 2025.
J’ai travaillé pendant plus de 8 ans comme cuisinier en restauration. Je suis à l’aise en cuisine restreinte, j’adapte les menus aux conditions en mer, et je peux aussi gérer la planification des repas et les stocks si besoin.
Je parle anglais couramment, je suis calme, curieux et motivé pour apprendre la navigation et participer à toutes les tâches à bord. Je n’ai pas encore d’expérience en voile, mais je suis en bonne forme physique et très impliqué.
Je voyage dans le cadre d’un PVT Canada, avec pour objectif d’atteindre Montréal début avril 2026, en prenant le temps d’explorer les îles et les cultures sur le chemin.

I’ve worked as a professional chef for over 8 years, mainly in gastronomic restaurants. I’m used to cooking in tight spaces and can easily manage provisioning, menus, and adapting meals to conditions at sea.
I’m fluent in English, calm, open-minded, and always eager to learn new things. I’m in good physical shape and happy to help with all tasks on board, even if I’m new to sailing.
I’m travelling on a Working Holiday Visa to Canada, aiming to arrive around April 2026, and I want to take my time exploring the islands and cultures along the way.
