Looking for a Mile building, Novice Crew or Deckhand position

I'm interested in finding a position as a Mile building, Novice Crew or Deckhand. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I'm working towards my USCG 100ton captains license, regularly manage race committee for my yacht club, spare race crew and tall ship crew this year. Roughly 250 GPS logged miles this year, but I grew up around boats on Mackinac Island most of my life on sailboats and ferry boats before I knew I should be keeping track of things.
Medical wise, I have an expired Wilderness First Responder certification which I have let lapse.
Planning obtaining STCW certifications over the next year.
Non-smoker, close to non-drinker. Don't mind drinking, but never do it myself except to be social.
Really love cooking, and would appreciate learning galley cooking.
Programmer in my day job, intelligent but inexperienced. Also moderately good at climbing with correct gear in gyms.
