I’m Kelly—an experienced professional with a background in luxury hospitality, personal assistance, and retail across Hong Kong, London, and Toronto. I’ve recently completed the Camino Francés, walking nearly 1000km across Spain, and I’m currently traveling through South America with plans to be in the Cayman Islands by January 2026.
My journey has been full of soulful encounters, including a magical stay aboard a sailing boat in Finisterre thanks to my Couchsurfing host Ivan. That moment sparked a deep love for sailing, and now I’m eager to dive into the world of crewing. I’m open, curious, and ready to learn anything—from deck duties to galley work—with a smile and a strong work ethic.

Great crew
Kelly is a very nice girl. I really enjoyed her staying on my boat. She is smart, adaptabal and learn very fast. She is very strong, she did Camino de Santiago. She did around 1000 km only walking, no bus. She has traveled a lot to many different countries and she has many interesting stories to share. She speaks perfect English and the conversation flows very easily. But also, she is clean and tidy. It is very important for every boat because it is a small space and you share the same space with other people. She enjoyed the simple boat life, and she didn't complain that there was no shower and hot water on my boat. Thank you for the help while we were sailing.
