I’m Dejan — tattoo shop owner & artist first; medical professional second (12+ yrs hospital nurse; wound-care/Wundexperte). Free spirit on deck, disciplined on watch. No tickets yet. Solid theory (COLREGs, basic nav/pilotage, reefing logic, watchkeeping, safety flow). I’m here to earn miles the honest way: take night watches, pull lines, cook, clean — whatever keeps the boat safe and moving.
Looking for
Novice/Deck Crew · Delivery Crew · Watchkeeper-in-training on real passages — ideally Med → Canaries → Caribbean (open to northern routes and deliveries).
What I bring
• Owner’s mindset; I respect gear, time, and budgets.
• Clinical calm (12+ yrs): triage, first aid, infection control; I set up/audit the ship’s med kit.
• Theory → habit: COLREGs discipline, VHF etiquette, paper + plotter basics; ready to drill reefing/lines until automatic.
• Clean routines: tight watches, tidy lockers, clear checklists, legible logs.
• Storycraft: honest photo/video/log if useful.
• Temperament: low ego, high standards. No drama. Chain of command respected.
Contribution
I travel at my cost and share food/fuel. I show up early and do the unglamorous work.
Gaps & plan
No STCW/ENG1 yet — I’ll take both when the berth requires (SRC/VHF next). Stacking real passages until theory becomes instinct.
Logistics
Based in Germany; mobile on short notice. English / German / Serbian. Availability flexible from November 2025 (earlier possible for short trial sails).
