Captain & Stew/Chef couple looking for summer season job in the Meds & winter in the Caribbean
We are a Polish/Dutch couple working as a professional sailing team (Captain & Stew/Chef/Hostess) with extensive experience in commercial yachting across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
I’m an enthusiastic and adaptable crew member with a strong background in hospitality, marketing and event management. I thrive on life on board, building a warm atmosphere and ensuring guests feel at home. Skilled in hosting, healthy Mediterranean cooking, provisioning and service (with experience in high-end restaurants, including barista, wine and cocktail training), organizing sailing holidays in Croatia, and Greece and assisting skippers with sailing, anchoring and mooring.
I work seamlessly as part of a team with my partner Mack, an experienced and qualified commercial skipper. Together we ensure every voyage is safe, fun and unforgettable.
I hold the following certifications and documents:
STCW, ENG1, First Aid, Food Hygiene Level 2
PADI Open Water
Dutch/EU Passport
B1/B2 US Visa
