Aspiring Expedition Sailor | Photographer | Building Experience for Polar Voyages

Experienced outdoor professional and photographer based in Canada, currently completing RYA Competent Crew and Day Skipper courses (April 2026). My goal is to build practical offshore experience and contribute to voyages that explore remote and challenging environments — especially Arctic and Antarctic sailing.

I bring a strong foundation in adventure guiding and field safety as a wilderness hiking guide with Wilderness First Responder first aid. I love SCUBA diving and have the following certifications; PADI Rescue Diver, TDI side mount, Nitrox and Cavern. Canadian PAL firearms licence holder. Years of backcountry leadership have honed my navigation, teamwork, and risk management skills. British and Canadian passports.

As a professional photographer, I enjoy documenting the journey — from shipboard life to the landscapes and wildlife encountered along the way. I’m always keen to contribute imagery that supports a vessel’s communications, media, or outreach goals.

Seeking opportunities aboard deliveries, coastal passages, or offshore routes to gain sea miles and develop as a capable watchkeeper. Positive, adaptable, and curious — I thrive in expedition settings where collaboration and learning are at the heart of the voyage.
