Hi I'm Nico, I’ve just joined Crewbay and am looking for a Junior Deckhand position. With a strong passion for the sea, adventure, and yachts, I’m eager to meet new people and expand my experience in the maritime industry.
I bring with me several years of experience working in luxury hospitality, including Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels and resorts. This background has sharpened my attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. I am accustomed to high-pressure environments and always strive for excellence in every task.
