Passionate Solo Chef with over 14 years of experience across restaurants and Yatchs from 12m to 38 m , including several years in the yachting industry.After time developing my company Bajani and expanding my culinary journey trhough travel and private events , i am excited to return to Yatching. Deeply inspired by the ocean,wind and global flavors, i create vibrant fusion cuisine with a conscious and intentional approach to food. Known for delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes with strong organization and positive team spirit. I am seeking a seasonal and or rotational position on a sailboat where i can contribute to exceptional onboard experiences
