Solo traveler, sea dreamer — ready to learn and contribute
Hi!
I'm a solo traveler, currently in Thailand, drawn to the sea and to life on the water. I've been wandering through Southeast Asia for months, and now I want to learn sailing and become part of a crew.
I have a little sailing experience from 2020 (I even got a IYT license back then), but it's been years — so I'm happy to start fresh and learn from scratch. I'm practical, observant, and not afraid to ask questions.
What I can offer:
· Willingness to learn and take responsibility
· Help with daily boat life: cooking simple meals, cleaning, provisioning, dinghy runs
· Taking shifts on the helm once I understand the basics
· Adaptability — traveling solo has taught me to stay calm when plans change
· A steady, curious mindset. I'm not looking for a free ride — I want to contribute
What I'm looking for:
· A skipper or crew who values respect and clear communication
· Short passages or longer journeys — open to both
· A real, hands-on experience
Availability:
Currently in Thailand. Flexible to relocate, ready on short notice.
