looking for last minute atlantic crossing west to east
Hello! I'm a traveller from Austria and am looking for an atlantic crossing back to europe. I know, I'm quite late in the season and I am certainly not a professional skipper/sailor.
But I have some sailing experience and I'm happy to learn as much new things as possible. I'm not lazy and don't fear bad weather, wind, or water.
I learned sailing as a child and did it nearly every summer. I sailed small optimists, catamarans and topaz in a bay of the northern sea and sailed with a small dinghy (Quest) on the shore of the northern sea.
I have basic sailing experience and would love to learn more and get more mileage.
About me:
After finishing school, I decided to travel and went with a work and travel Visa to Canada. I travelled around here and got to know some really great people and places. I love being outdoors, no matter the weather. I like to hike, swim, row, sail, make music (flute and guitar) or do creative stuff like crocheting.
