Swiss army knife, soon oceanproof
I’m a Swiss computer science student currently on exchange in Copenhagen. I’ll be travelling solo in Latin America this August and I’m looking for opportunities to join a sailing crew.
The sea is the one environment I haven’t really learned yet. I have a Swiss sailing licence and some experience on lakes, but I’m fully aware that ocean sailing is a different world. That’s exactly what I want to learn: navigation, weather, night watches, sail handling, and general seamanship.
In return, I’m happy to contribute fully as crew: cooking, cleaning, maintenance, watches, guest support. Whatever is needed to keep the boat running smoothly. I’m comfortable living in close quarters with new people and actually enjoy that part of the experience.
