Competent crew available for the ARC this November
Ahoy, captains!
I am looking for a boat going across the Atlantic this November and ARC is on my short list with chances of achieving that.
My name is Florin Anghelescu, 34, from Romania.
I am an experienced traveler, but also a Jack of all trades.
I work in the NGO field as a technician.
I work as a carpenter, electrician, plumber, but also coordinate construction sites and volunteers from around the world.
I also joined Sea Shepherd for a few months around the Mediterranean Sea, so I am used to the life on a boat.
I joined the engineers team and I mainly worked on their water supply system and assisted the chief engineer with all sorts of tasks in the engine room. Replacing broken equipment, checking the systems, assisting the coms team with all their duties, but also enjoyed being a galley hand.
I do not smoke, nor drink alcohol at all and do no other drugs.
I am as clean as it gets as I like being aware and explore the human potential at its most natural state.
I acquired many skills during my life so far (practical, social and emotional alike) and that allows me to fit easily in all sorts of environments.
Resilient, considerate, calm and empathetic with my people and interested in supporting each other grow and enjoy the time we have around here.
I lived in an intentional community in Germany in the last 10 years and I am part of another project in Romania for the past 6 years.
I carry many inspiring stories with me and it will be a pleasure to share a few with you.
Looking forward to embarking on a new adventure and make new life-long connections.
Florin
