I’m looking for a crew, a job, and a reason to get back out there. The ocean doesn’t care about excuses. Neither do I.
I’m a hard-working, hands-on guy with real commercial fishing experience and a strong background working around boats, the ocean, and tough environments.
I spent time working out of Newport, Oregon, where I worked in the commercial fishing industry as a shrimp fisherman and Dungeness crab fisherman. That experience taught me what it really means to work on the water—long hours, physical labor, changing weather, early mornings, and doing your part as a member of a crew. I’m comfortable with the pace and demands of commercial fishing and understand the importance of safety, reliability, teamwork, and keeping gear and equipment in working order.
I’ve also spent time working and traveling throughout Alaska and Washington, gaining additional experience around the Pacific Northwest maritime and fishing environment. I’m no stranger to cold weather, rough conditions, hard work, or being away from the comforts of shore.
I’m looking to bring that experience, work ethic, and willingness to learn to a good crew. I’m dependable, adaptable, physically capable, and I’m not afraid to get dirty or put in the hours. If the job needs to get done, I’m the kind of person who wants to be part of getting it done right.
I’m looking forward to getting back on the water and putting my experience to work.
