Chef seasonal / rotation or permanent private / charter motor yacht
Yacht chef with over six years of private and charter experience, including nearly three years as Sole Chef on a 38m yacht and current experience as Sous Chef on a 63m yacht. My restaurant background includes El Celler de Can Roca (Three Michelin Stars) and Casa de Chá da Boa Nova, where I supervised chefs de partie and interns as part of the team that earned its first Michelin star. I led teams of up to 15 chefs as an Executive Chef in luxury catering and worked as a seasonal Head Chef in luxury chalets. I value organised galley operations and a respectful crew culture.
I am seeking a rotational Head Chef position on a private/charter yacht and I am also open to rotational Sous Chef roles on larger yachts.
