Looking for Crew, Skipper or Racing position

Hi, I have a 30ft boat in Poole and around 7000NM experience as a skipper on various boats between 30 and 50ft along the South Coast, cross Channel, North Sea and in Croatia, Greece and Baltic. Mainly charter and deliveries. Club racing experience as well. I would happily join others if crew is needed whether for delivery, short trips or racing.
