Sailed with them across the Atlantic in 2019.
The boat was well taken care of, had enough safety gear. Neil -the skipper- was awesome, I learned a lot. Recommended.

Yachts in terrible condition !
Be extremely wary of this so called 'academy'. SY Sao Jorge had significant repairs done to keel and mast (with plate added to mast !). Owner of this UK flagged vessel refused to share the (by UK Lawrequired) certificates with regards to these 'fixes'. In my perception, the owner is just some random English guy that bought worn down and damaged yachts, trying to make easy and quick money, at the expense and risk of skippers and paying passengers.
