Mediterranean to Thailand - Girl Friday or two

I am an experienced ocean sailor, a just retired CEO and now preparing a 53 foot cutter in southern Spain for a leisurely voyage starting with summer in the Med, then across to the Caribbean, then via Panama to French Polynesia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, PNG, Philippines, Indonesia to Thailand.
I am looking for a sailor or two, novice or experienced crew, to help with watches, deck work, cooking and good company. I can teach navigation and seamanship on the way and there will be plenty of miles! You can join for part or all of the voyage which will be relaxed and fun. Financial arrangements can be discussed but this is not a paid job.
