From Madeira to La Gomera, Canary Islands

Hi guys,
I am looking for a sailor to join us on my trip from Porto Santo, Madeira to La Gomera, Canary Islands.
We will start at the End of the August when a weather window will be appearing.
You can join us for the crossing and a few days before and after. I think around one week.
We will be 2 people on the boat. You get your own cabin with WC.
It's a vessel from a sailing club. So 500 Euro fee for the club is necessary to pay. Your food is extra.
It's a big Bavaria 47, well equipped.
If you can sail and do night watches will be perfect. But it is not recommended.

Easy going passage

Spent 5 days with Peter making 2 passages on board Lasmiranda. She's a stable and easy to sail yacht. With a deep and secure centre cockpit from where you handle all the running rigging, allowing for very comfortable and enjoyable sailing. And safe night watches! She's well maintained and tidy. Her captain is very uncomplicated, easy going and always up for a good time. We got along from the get-go and had a great time together. I can absolutely recommend sailing with Peter if you're looking for relaxed and enjoyable sailing!

Great adventure

What an adventure I had on board Peter's yacht, Las Miranda. The boat is a solid traditional wooden 38ft yacht with every safety feature on board including an excellent autopilot system. As a captain, Peter is patient and kind. He tolerated my many mistakes on board with good humour and understanding. I'd only completed a competent crew course before boarding and he taught me so much about sailing, the boat, tides, winds and currents. We even did a night sail where I had my first experience of night watches. Seeing the sunsets and moon rises from the cockpit is a time I will never forget. Peter also cooks well, is tidy on board and has a great laugh. I'm grateful for my time with him as the captain. Fair winds and thanks again Peter.
