Mile Builder Weekend 2025

Mile Builder weekends are a great opportunity for all levels to gain miles and increase their racing skills. We start with a safety brief and try and get on the water as quickly as possible and get the boat tacking at speed with the team trimming and moving their weight effectively as soon as possible. You’ll move from position to position on the boat and also have a chance to take the helm.

Day 2 will start with Spinnaker land drills (wind dependent) and then we head out onto the water to put the theory into practice.

Before departure, we kindly ask everyone to help with a general cleaning and tidying of the boat.

We have these weekend Mile Builders planned both the weekend of Aug 8 and Aug 22. As Aug 22 is a bank holiday weekend, we will finish this trip on Monday afternoon.

The boat was well taken care of, had enough safety gear. Neil -the skipper- was awesome, I learned a lot. Recommended.
