Martinica - CuraƧao - Panama
Hi!
I'm Gaston, 40 years old, from Argentina.
Three years ago I quit my job as engineer and started sailing with my lovely dog "Ancla" in my 34 feet 1988 sailboat, after a big refit of the boat.
I've sailed down Parana river in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, including Fernando de Noronha Island and sailing into the Amazonas river.
In 2025 I arrived in Caribbean, explored south of West Indies and then arrived in St Martin.
It's been 3 years sailing and fully living onboard. Only on this trip I've sailed about 10.000 miles from Argentina to Caribbean.
Now I'm planning to go West.
I'm a solo sailor, I don't need crew for sailing but is a good opportunity to make friends. If you join my boat there are no roles or activities that you will need to do.
If you want to help with the maneuvers and learn, I'm fully open to share my knowledge.
If you want to chill and just enjoy, is great for me!
I ask a contribution fee that include disel and gasoline.
Contribution fee amount depends length of leg and how many people are onboard.
If you want to learn basics of sailing, or get ocean experience, or just enjoy sailing, a barbecue and snorkeling in beautiful places, just get in touch and let's plan and adventure together!

Best boat and captain you can wish for
It's hard to explain how good my experience was with Gaston, he is the best, I couldn't have hoped for better. He really takes the time to to teach you about sailing and all the small tips and tricks. I had no prior experience in sailing before but I have learned so much thanks to him. A real genuine experience with a great person and of course ancla, his dog and the rest of the crew. So many good experiences and he really adapts to you and makes everything he can to be sure you enjoy every moment. So good that I even extended and wish I could have stayed even longer. I couldn't recommend this more, a trip that I will remember my whole life ! Good laugh, good food and great people! Muchas gracias Gaston
