Looking for a Voluntary work or Novice Crew position
Hello captains,
My name is Hugo, I'm a 28 yo french traveler currently looking to join a sailing boat to gain experience and fully immerse myself in the sailing lifestyle.
I've spent most of the past 10 year traveling and working abroad and I'm passionate about discovering new cultures, new ways of living, and meeting people from different backgrounds. I've worked on boats for a season a few years ago but never had the opportunity to learn sailing and this is why I am here.

physically fit and hardworking
quick to learn and not afraid of responsibility
comfortable living in small shared spaces
fluent in french, english and basic spanish
I'm not looking just for a ride, I really want to learn, help properly, and become useful on board. I'm happy to assist in watchkeeping, cleaning, cooking, maintenance, docking or any task needed.
My goal is to gain real sailing experience, understand navigation and boat management and to contribute positively in the crew dynamic.

Great crew to have onboard
The time that we spent with Hugo was great! Even that he didn't knew anything about sailing, he learned so quickly and was really happy to help with everything, not only sailing but also maintenance, cooking, cleaning, etc. At the same time he's really easy going so spending time together in small boat wasn't a problem at all! I offered him to stay longer than agreed as time together was so great. At also he's a great and funny guy, always happy to go in land for hanging out and exploring new places! I won't hesitate in recommending him for joining other boat or come again to mine!
