Deckhand - Permanent - Malta

We’re looking for an enthusiastic deckhand to join Pathfinder, working on private charters and onboard events around Malta.
The role involves guest assistance, deck duties, setting up for day and evening charters, and helping create a relaxed, fun atmosphere on board.
Ideal for someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with guests during social charters. Previous boating or hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
