Deckhand - Temporary / Seasonal - Malta

We’re looking for an Entry-Level / Trainee Deckhand to join Pathfinder, operating private charters and onboard events around Malta.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience on charter boats. Duties include deck assistance, guest support, basic bar service, and helping with setup for day and evening charters.
The position is experience-based, with bonuses and tips paid per charter. Ideal for someone motivated, reliable, and keen to learn both deck work and hospitality on board.
