49 passenger 65 x 35 ft Day Charter Catamaran looking for professional Chef in Lahaina, Maui. Must have prior restaurant experience as we have a full commercial galley with a POS system. We operate with 2 excursions daily serving a Breakfast/Lunch menu on a 5 hour snorkel sail, and a Dinner or Appetizer menu on evening cruises. Position requires excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and have the ability to read, translate and execute recipes in English. Must be able to supervise a line cook, keep galley clean and organized, as well as maintain and order inventory. This is not a live aboard vessel so you will need to have living arrangements on shore. Only apply if you have the ability to handle a fast paced, busy environment.
