49 passenger 65 x 35 ft Day Charter Catamaran looking for professional Chef in Lahaina, Maui. Must have prior restaurant experience as we have a full commercial galley with a POS system. We operate with 2 excursions daily serving a Breakfast/Lunch menu on a 5 hour snorkel sail, and a Dinner or Appetizer menu on evening cruises. Position requires excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and have the ability to read, translate and execute recipes in English. Must be able to supervise a line cook, keep galley clean and organized, as well as maintain and order inventory. This is not a live aboard vessel so you will need to have living arrangements on shore. Only apply if you have the ability to handle a fast paced, busy environment.
A mistrustful family
The owners are incredibly unprofessional and unsupported. Captain Harold was one of theilir best Captains until Covid hit. They would not re hire him for no reason at all. They had me come on as a chef, and I was disrespected and sexually harrased by their horribly rude chef that made up lies and got me fired after two days! They do not have a cabin for a couple either. How dare you Hula Girl- the way you treated us is your bad karma!
