Looking for Couple position for Capt./Stew and Capt./Mate
We are a professional and well-seasoned captain and stew/deck couple with multiple seasons of experience working together on sailing yachts and charter operations. Having operated as a team in both private and commercial settings, we pride ourselves on delivering a safe, smooth, and memorable onboard experience for guests and crew alike.
Our background includes sailing catamarans and monohulls, flotilla leadership, and charter operations in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. We completed Yachtmaster Offshore training at UKSA and have held roles requiring strong vessel management, guest relations, itinerary planning, and operational oversight. Recommendation letters are available upon request.
Powell serves as captain, bringing confident boat handling, leadership, navigation, and safety management. Tara works as stew/deck, offering strong hospitality, interior care, provisioning, guest service, and deck support. Together, we are highly organized, adaptable, and communicative, with a shared commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
We are comfortable in guest-focused charter environments as well as more private programs and are happy to support both sailing and lifestyle expectations onboard. Available for opportunities beginning January 2026.
