Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship or Voluntary work position

I am Augusto, 32 years Brazilian-born mechanical engineer currently living in the Netherlands.
Despite not having a lot of sailing experience, my life. path has crossed the ocean several times. I was grown in Brazilian countryside but moved to the coastal city of Florianópolis for college. There, I joined a group for developing underwater technology and even joined a 36-days expedition on board of the German icebreaker Polarstern from Chile to Germany! Later, I moved to the island of Helgoland, in the north sea, where I lived for almost a year before moving to The Netherlands, where I settled down since mid 2022.
I just joined crewbay to look for some interesting experiences and get close to the 'sea life' again and, of course, join some adventures and build new friendships
