Looking for a Competent Crew position in Europe

I am 26 years old from the UK and looking to build experience in sailing.
I have RYA Competent Crew with about 100 miles sailing in the Solent, the home of British sailing, including night passage. I've also done dinghy sailing growing up.
Also happy to cook (I'm vegetarian), clean and generally help out on board. I'm sociable and easy-going.
I love jumping in for a swim off the boat.
