Looking for Passage from Fiji to New Zealand/Australia in Mid-November

I'm an American finishing up two years of life as a volunteer in a rural Fijian Village. I am 27 years old, physically fit, good in the kitchen, and would be stoked to learn about life on board a ship. No sailing experience, but everyone starts somewhere.
