Experienced Chef & Licensed Skipper Seeking Seasonal Yacht or Villa Role
I’m seeking opportunities primarily as a Delivery Captain, Relief Skipper, or Charter Captain, with additional interest in combined Captain/Chef roles where seamanship and hospitality go hand in hand. I hold an RYA Coastal Skipper License and Marine Radio ROC (M) certification and have logged significant hours sailing both monohulls and catamarans throughout the Great Lakes, the East Coast, and the Caribbean. My background combines over 30 years in the culinary and hospitality industry with hands-on experience in yacht handling, coastal navigation, and crew leadership.
My priority is to join professional, positive-minded teams where reliability, good seamanship, and mutual respect come first. I’m available for yacht deliveries, relocations, private charters, and seasonal operations across Europe, the Caribbean, or North America.
In addition to my sailing credentials, I’m a Red Seal Certified Chef with nearly three decades of experience managing resort kitchens, private events, and hospitality operations. I’ve cooked for film productions, high-end resorts, and private clients, and I understand the expectations of guests who value quality and discretion. This dual skill set allows me to contribute both on deck and in the galley — ensuring guests feel cared for in every way.
I also have extensive resort and property management experience, having worked for years at Beachwood Resort, where I handled everything from guest services, bartending, and landscaping to maintenance, boat rentals, and event coordination. That experience taught me to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and lead with professionalism no matter the situation.

I’m passionate about the ocean, the culture that surrounds it, and the satisfaction of a job well done — whether that’s a smooth delivery, a happy charter client, or a perfect anchorage shared with good people.
