Looking for some day/week sails around the Canaries/ Atlantic crossing

I am currently in the Canaries with my partner in search of a boat for the Atlantic crossing (via Cap Verde) towards Brazil or Caribbeans. We both sailed quite a bit as kids on dinghies and more recently on sail boats (Atlantic, Baltic and Mediterranean sea). We do not have extensive nm but have participated in regattas and in a sailing training courses in France (Les glenans), we can therefore easily follow orders and participate in all manœuvres.
We are both very passionate about sailing and have taken a year off from work to dedicate more time to it and improve are skills as well as travel and discover new places!
While we keep looking for a captain we are very interested in day sail/week long sailing around the canaries to enjoy the beautiful islands and keep sailing!
