Deckhand, Security & Engineering
I am seeking a Deckhand position where I can add immediate value to the vessel while continuing to develop my skills and take on more responsibility.
I have solid hands-on deck experience and a strong understanding of yacht operations, maintenance, seamanship, and day-to-day vessel life. I am confident handling deck duties, supporting bridge operations, maintaining high exterior standards, and working efficiently under pressure.
I am particularly interested in developing further within deck operations, including tender operations, watersports, security, and eventually SCPO work. I am motivated to build the experience and qualifications needed to progress into a more senior and security-focused role within the industry.
I work well in structured teams, take initiative without needing constant supervision, and understand the importance of safety, discipline, reliability, and consistency onboard. I am physically fit, adaptable, and open to private or charter programs and international travel.
My goal is to build a long-term career in the yachting industry, progressing through the deck department and becoming a highly capable and dependable senior deck crew member.
