Motivated Volunteer Crew – Good Team Player, Quick Learner, Ready for My First Sea Miles
Hi captains and crews!
I’m new to the sailing world and looking for my first opportunities at sea, preferably in voluntary or work-exchange positions. I’m not an experienced sailor yet, but I’m very motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn everything from watch duties to basic sailing skills.
I’m a trained nurse (not practicing for some years), which means I’m calm under pressure, responsible, and used to working closely with people. I’m also great at teamwork and maintaining a positive atmosphere on board.
I can help in the galley — preparing simple meals, organizing the kitchen, making fresh juices and drinks — and I also have good skills in IT and hardware maintenance, which can be useful for small technical issues.
I love learning new things, I’m curious in the best possible way, and I’m happy to help wherever needed. I’m looking for beginner-friendly trips: coastal sailing, short passages, or any experience where I can contribute and grow.
