I'm interested in finding a position as part of a Delivery Crew, O.O.W, 1st Mate or 2nd Officer. I am an adaptable, calm, and safety‑focused professional who is transitioning into a maritime career following 15 years as a secondary school Principal.
I have experience in managing and leading teams, coordinating complex operations always maintaining high standards whilst under pressure. My lifelong passion for the sea and practical small‑boat experience on Lough Swilly and the North Coast has recently been reinforced by extensive maritime training at the Seamanship Centre in Killybegs, Ireland.

I am adaptable, calm, and resilient, with a leadership style based on integrity, shared ownership, and supporting others to succeed. I believe these qualities transfer naturally to maritime operations, whether in crew roles, passenger services, training or organisational support.
