Looking for position as a novice crew with my partner

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Friendship. The goal of my partner and I is to travel without a plane and meet great people.
I have a small experience in sailing with my uncle around Corsica and between Franco-Norman Island.
Our final goal is Indonesia across the other islands.
