French Crew
Hi, I am Thomas and I am 20 years old( and I am French ).
I love boats, the sea, and the whole marine universe. I have already sailed for several years on catamarans in Brittany, France, which gave me a solid first experience and confirmed my passion for sailing.
Since I was a child, I’ve been deeply inspired by maritime adventures and literature — from Jules Verne (Around the World in 80 Days) to Victor Hugo — and I closely follow major sailing races like the Vendée Globe. The ocean has always been a source of dreams, freedom, and curiosity for me.
My project is to depart from the USA at the end of May, from anywhere on the East Coast (I can easily travel by plane), and to sail to Europe. France would be my preferred destination, but Spain or the United Kingdom would be great options as well.
I am a very serious, motivated, and fast learner, always ready to help on board with any task. I recently spent a year in the USA studying at Texas State University, which allowed me to become fully comfortable working and communicating in English. I also hold a First Aid certificate, entirely completed in English.
I’m really looking forward to meeting new people, learning more at sea, and sharing a great sailing adventure.
