Looking for a Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand. I’m someone who prefers being outside, staying active, and working with my hands rather than sitting still. I enjoy practical work and being part of a team where everyone pulls their weight. I’m easygoing, respectful, and straightforward — I show up on time, listen properly, and get on with what needs to be done.
I take pride in doing things properly, whether it’s keeping the deck clean, helping with operations, or supporting the crew dynamic. I’m still building experience, but I’m honest about that and willing to learn. I don’t shy away from hard work, and I understand that consistency and attitude matter just as much as skill.
What I offer is reliability, effort, and a steady presence onboard. I care about being part of a crew that runs smoothly and maintains high standards, and I’m prepared to work for my place and grow within the industry.
