Friendly Sailing Enthusiast Seeking Cruising Opportunities
I’m a passionate sailing enthusiast with practical cruising experience, particularly on catamarans.
My sailing journeys have taken me to several beautiful parts of the world, including:
* Australia: Coastal cruising along the east coast of Australia.
* Greece: Sailing in the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean.
* Fiji: Sailing and exploring the beautiful islands and tropical waters of the South Pacific.
* French Polynesia: Sailing around Tahiti and Moorea, enjoying the breathtaking lagoons, mountainous landscapes, and island scenery.
* Canary Islands, Spain: Most recently, in October 2026, I sailed approximately 240 nautical miles in the Atlantic Ocean, travelling from Tenerife to Gran Canaria and then to Lanzarote, experiencing a variety of wind and sea conditions.
Although I have gained valuable sailing experience, I am not a professional crew member. I’m happy to assist with basic onboard tasks, including anchoring assistance, lookout duties, and general deck work under guidance. I’m always willing to learn and develop my sailing skills.
I truly enjoy the rhythm of life at sea — the freedom, simplicity, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful moments that sailing brings. For me, the sea is not just a place, but a feeling of freedom and connection with nature.
I’m also happy to contribute by cooking, keeping the boat tidy, and helping create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere on board. I enjoy preparing simple, healthy meals and sharing them with others.
Outside of sailing, I enjoy travelling, reading, music, yoga, meditation, swimming, tennis, indoor climbing, photography, and occasional drone filming.
I’m easygoing, independent, respectful, and considerate of others. I value mutual trust, good communication, and personal space when sharing life on board.
I believe the best journeys are not only about the destinations, but also about the wonderful people you meet and the memories you create along the way.
I’m looking for relaxed cruising opportunities with friendly, like-minded sailors, preferably on a catamaran. I’m not in a rush — finding the right boat, the right people, and a comfortable arrangement matters more to me than simply getting somewhere.
