Looking for a Novice Crew or Friendship position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew or Friendship. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I have worked on boat yards my whole life on maintenance and restoration. Started cleaning gaff rigged wooden yachts when i was 13. no qualifications but have been sailing many of times.
