I’m Philipp, 39 years old, originally from Salzburg but currently calling Vienna home. Since March 2023, I’ve proudly held a Skipper C license – an official stamp of approval for my ability to take the helm and, let’s be honest, rock the boat (thanks, Croatia!). ?️
I’ve been lucky enough to travel around the globe for many years, always seeking new adventures and personal growth. The last four years, however, have kept pulling me back to Africa, where I bought a car with a rooftop tent, spending countless unforgettable nights under the stars. Living the adventure life has taught me flexibility, resilience, and how to set up a tent in the wind (and keep it from flying away!). ?
Professionally, I’m a social worker and have worked in the hospitality industry with people with disabilities. This means I’ve learned how to cook under pressure, juggle tasks, and still keep a smile on my face. So, not only do I know how to handle a cooking pot, but I also bring patience, empathy, and team spirit – all of which are essential on the water!
I’m a super easygoing, tolerant, and curious person who’s always looking for new challenges and never afraid to roll up my sleeves. If you need someone who can not only steer the boat but also bring good vibes and a smile in stressful moments, I’m your guy!
The September to October window fits perfectly into my calendar, and I’d love to join you for some time on the water. With my Skipper C license, my experience, and my sense of humor, I’m sure I can add value to your team – and once we drop anchor for the night, I’ll probably whip up a great meal, too!
