Looking for gathering miles, experience and fun relaxing sailing

I'm looking for a boat to work and cruise on for some time this summer and another time this autumn - for how long depends on the journey / mission.
I am an easy going young man, eager to experience adventure and good times. As well as becoming a more experienced sailor - my dream being buying my own sailboat in a few years.
Looking to sail with someone positive about most situations. Age is not important.
