Devon/Cornwall Looking for a Competent Crew, Mile building or Racing crew position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay.
I’m a newly qualified Day Skipper building confidence and sea miles as I work toward Coastal Skipper. Still fairly inexperienced, but I learn quickly, take direction well, and genuinely enjoy being part of a crew. I’m based in Devon and Cornwall and looking for crewing opportunities of any kind—day sails, weekend trips, or coastal hops. Keen to get more hands‑on practice with boat handling, tidal planning, and night sailing, and always happy to help with the less glamorous jobs too.
