Looking for a crew position in the Med/Ionion/Adriatic in August 2026, preferably Montenegro
Sailing experience: I’m Canadian and grew up sailing with my family on an Aloha 34 in Desolation Sound on the west coast of Canada. My parents set off to sail around the world when I was in my 20’s and I joined them in various legs of their journey, including Mexico and then crossing from Tahiti to New Zealand and then back to Fiji on another boat. I have my RYA Day Skipper and own my own 25’ sailboat that I live on when I go back to Canada. However, I live in Mexico in Baja California Sur in the winter and Tarifa Spain in the summer and only go back to Canada every other year for a couple months, so I’m not sailing that often anymore.
More about me: I work remotely in finance, but will be taking the month of August off. I’m an avid kitesurfer/wingfoiler, but I will be travelling light so will not be travelling with any gear. I enjoy good food and wine and am a good cook, so happy to contribute in the galley. I also have a 5.5kg dog that travels with me everywhere, her name is Cherry. I know this will close the door on some opportunities, but hopefully some will find it a welcome addition:) she lives with me on my boat in Canada, so the lifestyle is not new to her.
