looking for winter work , sole chef

I have over 20 years in UHNW environments as a private chef, and 5 years of luxury charter yacht experience as sole chef, I am seeking either motor or sail and have experience working for long sea passages , cooking underway, most of all I actually love being at sea and spend my free time, fishing or diving .
