Looking for a Friendship position
We're Carlo (31, PhD engineer from Germany) and Göksu (31, doctor from Turkey) – currently on a multi-month, independent backpacking trip through South and Central America. Rather than flying, we'd love to cover part of our route by boat and are looking for a crew opportunity.
I've sailed occasionally since childhood on my father's boat – trips every 2-3 years in the North Sea, Mediterranean, and Atlantic, no official license but comfortable with the basic knots and onboard tasks, and always keen to learn more. I enjoy cooking for the crew. We're easygoing, nature-loving, confident swimmers, and don't get seasick – happy with calm anchorages as much as open-water passages.
