Looking for a Novice Crew / Deckhand position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew / Deckhand. I want to learn the basics. As the Danes say, I've got my hands well screwed on. I know my way around a kitchen, I've been a electrician for 20 years and as an unofficial reference did I build my own bathroom Plumming, tiling, placering, walling and all.
Growing up we had a fishing boat and later a pleasure craft and to this day I love every second I'm on the ocean, it being on a ferry or a small chartered boat.
I've lately wondered if a sail boat is a life for me. Being a curious guy, im looking for the right possiblity to join a very small crew.
Maybe a solo sailer where I can help and learn for a short while.
